- Whom is the FFC intended for?
- People who already have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript. If you want to learn more of the basics, stay tuned for our JuniorFFC next year. :)
- What is the difference between workshop “tracks” and conference “plenaries”?
- Day 1 will have multiple workshop sessions running at the same time. On the registration page you can pick which ones you prefer to participate in: one in the morning, another in the afternoon. (You can do one, both, or neither.) Day 2 will have a linear schedule, no concurrent sessions.
- Are all sessions optional?
- Yes. You can attend only one workshop, two workshops, one workshop and the conference, or the whole thing.
- What is the Workshop format?
- It will last 3 hours, classroom-style, and will have a smaller audience size for a more focused training.
- Do you have discounts for students or group registrations?
- Sorry, we don’t.
- Will certificates be given to each attendee?
- Yes, per workshop on Day 1, and on Day 2.
- Will lunch be served with my ticket?
- No, you’re free to pick a restaurant in the area (lots of choices on-campus). But snacks and coffee are included.
- Should I bring my own computing device?
- Yes, especially if you're attending the workshops.
- We want to sponsor your event.
- Awesome, have a look at our packages.
- I have other questions. How do I get in touch with you?
- Just email us at info@pwdo.org.
- Are you a legitimate organization?
- PWDO has been officially registered as a non-stock, non-profit organization since March 2009. We pay our dues to the respective government agencies.
